Three people were taken in for questioning early Saturday morning, after an armed robbery at the Hyatt Regency in Downtown Indianapolis.

The robbery, which occurred in a hotel room, was reported about 3:30 a.m., said Lt. Richard Riddle, a spokesman for the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

IMPD officers apprehended the suspects at a parking garage attached to Circle Centre Mall, Riddle said.

An officer recovered a gun and money from the scene. The money was returned to the victim, Riddle said.

No other information about the suspects was yet available.
