Even in death, Verizon IndyCar Series driver Justin Wilson helped others.

Wilson, who died Monday after being struck in the head by debris from another driver's car in a race at Pocono Raceway, was an organ donor.

His younger brother Stefan tweeted Tuesday that Justin had saved six lives.

Wilson, 37, is the first driver since Dan Wheldon in 2011 to die in a major U.S.-based auto racing series.

He is survived by wife Julia and daughters Jane, 7, and Jessica, 5.
