1. The body of an Indiana University student from Fishers is found.

The body of Hannah Wilson, a 22-year-old IU student, has been found in Brown County. One man, Daniel E. Messel, 49, of Bloomington, is in police custody.

Wilson was a member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority, according to a tweet from IU's Panhellenic Council.

"The entire IU Bloomington community mourns the tragic death of Hannah Wilson," said Mark Land, a spokesperson for IU.

2. Columnist Erika D. Smith is leaving Indianapolis.

Erika D. Smith, a sometime divisive columnist for the Indianapolis Star, is heading west.

Smith knows that Indiana is not what people outside the state make it out to be, especially recently surrounding the "religious freedom" news. But, at the same time, she knows Indiana is at a crossroads between what it was and what it could be.

3. Want to have fun in a college town? Don't go to West Lafayette.

The home of Purdue University is ranked the worst Big Ten college town in a new poll.

4. IU Health is about to begin a billion dollar transformations.

Say goodbye to any 100-year-old IU Health buildings. Indiana University will invest $1 billion in a new academic health center at 16th and Capitol and move its maternity services near Riley Hospital for Children.
