Indianapolis' Downtown business advocacy group has issued a challenge to those who are upset with the Religious Freedom Restoration Act:

Prove it.

In a partnership with the Open For Service campaign, Downtown Indy has launched the #WeWelcomeAll video contest, challenging residents and groups to create short videos celebrating Downtown's welcoming atmosphere.

"We don't want anyone to question the vibrancy, inclusiveness and welcoming place our Downtown has become," Downtown Indy President Sherry Seiwert said in a statement.

Using Downtown as a backdrop, participants are asked to create two-minute clips that highlight the city's diversity and hospitality.

And the clips have to be deemed "non-political" to win the $5,000 prize.

Downtown Indy will pick five finalists and feature them on the organization's YouTube channel, where the public will vote on the winner.

Downtown Indy has also agreed to partner with the Open For Service campaign to help sell decals that businesses can display to show they won't discriminate against customers. The $10 decals will be available starting Monday at the Downtown Indy offices or online at OpenForService.org.
