Kroger will hold another job fair Tuesday through Thursday in Indianapolis as it tries to hire 1,200 workers for its Indiana stores.

The job fair will run from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day in Castleton Square Mall, between the H&M and Forever 21 stores.

The grocery chain said it is hiring for multiple jobs that offer starting pay of $10.70 an hour. Jobs include cashier, utility clerk, grocery, deli/bakery, produce, meat, executive and sous chefs, pharmacy technicians, drug/general merchandise and entry-level store management. Kroger said it is looking for people to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts.

Kroger is opening several new stores in the Indianapolis area and expanding others. Most of its hiring in Indiana is for stores in the Indianapolis area, said Kroger spokesman John Elliott.

“We need associates at every single store in our Indianapolis division,” he said.

•10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 6 and 7 at the Kroger hiring center at 5341 E. Thompson Road, Indianapolis.
