Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (12) is frustrated a drive stalled in the second quarter of their game Saturday, August 29, 2015, evening at the Edward Jones Dome in St. Louis MO.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck joined the "Dan Patrick Show" on Tuesday to push his new DirecTV commercials, but he fielded questions on many issues, including the DeflateGate case. Luck wasn't eager to take a side in the matter, and added that he doesn't have the phone number of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.

Here are a few highlights:

On Deflategate: "I don't really (care). To me it's water under the bridge and it's a new season. ... As a quarterback you can tell what you're throwing. It could be hard as a brick or whatever."

On whether the NFL rules about ball inflation are appropriate: "I don't know if it's my place to comment on the rules."

On what he did better as a rookie than he does now: "Sometimes ignorance is bliss. As a rookie, you don't understand gravity of certain things, you just go out and play. ... But I wouldn't want to go back." Luck added he has many fond memories of his rookie season, particularly coach Chuck Pagano fighting through cancer and getting healthy again.

On being called a "football god" by new teammate Frank Gore: "I don't know about that. That may have been taken out of context. ... He's a god amongst running backs."

The most recent concert he attended: "AWOL Nation at Murat (Old National Centre) in Indianapolis. I was on the side and there was no mosh pit."
