Be prepared to see a lot of blue around Indy this week as Kentucky fans file into the Circle City.

1. Gov. Pence calls on the General Assembly to "clarify" RFRA.

Gov. Pence maintained that the law does not allow discrimination, but supported legislation that would clarify the "perception problem" the law has generated.

No specifics have been released on the proposed fix, but one thing that likely won't be on the table? A statewide ban on discrimination based on sexual orientation. Democrats want a full-on repeal.

Throughout the press conference, Gov. Pence drew parallels to the federal RFRA law passed in 1993. However, that law differs from Indiana's version in several ways.

In related news, Arkansas passed a similar RFRA bill today. It's unknown whether the governor will sign the bill into law.

2. IndyStar's editorial call on Gov. Mike Pence to fix Indiana's "religious freedom" law now.

Half steps will not be enough. Only bold action will work to fix the Religious Freedom Restoration Act and the image of the Hoosier state to the world. A state law to prohibit discrimination on the basis of a person's sexual orientation or gender identity needs to be enacted. Those protections and RFRA can co-exist. They do elsewhere.

In Indianapolis and several other cities across the state there are local nondiscrimination laws in place to protect gays and lesbians. What does this law mean for the LGBT community in Indiana cities where no such law exists?

4. It's a near-perfect Final Four business-wise for Indy.
