5 places to try a barre workout

Add a barre to your workout. No, not a bar — that’s for after — but a ballet barre for a dance-inspired, full-body toning workout that includes repetitions with small weights, some pilates-like movements and traditional ballet poses. Feel the burn with reps on 2- to 3-pound weights. (Don’t make the mistake I did and reach for the 5-pound weights).
