Truck carrying 46,000 pounds of yogurt overturns on I-65 ramp in Franklin

A semi hauling 46,000 pounds of Yoplait yogurt overturned on an Interstate 65 ramp, closing the area for several hours, reports Fox59.

Officials with the Clifford Fire Department said the semi overturned in the southbound lanes of I-65 near Franklin at mile marker 89. The ramp was closed for several hours as crews cleaned the area. It was reopened around 1:35 p.m.

The semi driver was taken to the hospital. Officials said the driver was alert when he was transported.
