Are the Pacers' uniforms "terminally boring"?

Among the latest Indiana Pacers links are a critique of the Pacers' uniforms, offseason grades for each NBA team, and George Hill's impressive display of some ridiculously large fish he caught:

• According to the Sporting News' Sean Gentille, the Pacers' uniforms are "terminally boring." Out of a possible 10, however, he does give them a rating of 7 based on other factors:

"Remember Paul George? He last played in 2009* and was very good. The Pacers' jerseys are terminally boring. Even if they change, they'll never change. (*Yes, he played last year.)"

• Staying with the Sporting News, Adi Joseph gives the Pacers a C when it comes to offseason moves:

"You can't look at this Pacers team and see one as good as the 2012-14 group. But is there any reason to believe that keeping Stephenson, Hibbert and West would have been the right move?

" ... Ellis was a good addition, a needed second ball-handler to run with George Hill. ... Myles Turner was a good pick who dominated Orlando Summer League. But there are concerns elsewhere in this plan: George may now be playing power forward, the bench is weak and the interior defense likely will take a major blow."

• No need for explanation. We'll just leave this here:
