Jared Fogle has been transferred to a federal prison in Littleton, Colo., prison records show, after his attorneys asked he be housed there to receive psychological treatment.

The former Subway pitchman is serving more than 15 years for possession of child pornography and traveling to have sex with minors, though he is appealing his sentence.

Fogle was transferred to the low-security institution in suburban Denver after spending a short period in a facility in Oklahoma City, Okla.

Fogle joins another notorious inmate, former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich, at the facility which houses 966 federal prisoners.

A judge agreed to his placement there at his sentencing hearing, but the final decision was made by the Bureau of Prisons.

Records show a release date for Fogle of July 11, 2029.

Fogle's secret life received national attention following a July raid on his Zionsville home. The man rose to be a household name after he dropped weight by eating only Subway sandwiches while he was a student at Indiana University in Bloomington.
