Convicted swindler Tim Durham’s elegant Geist-area home is heading for a sheriff’s auction in Hamilton County.

Durham, 50, was convicted of stealing more than $200 million from investors in Ohio-based Fair Finance.

He was sentenced to 50 years in prison in November 2012, after a jury convicted him of securities fraud, conspiracy and 10 counts of wire fraud in that case. He is appealing his conviction to the 7th U.S. Circuit of Appeals.

His former home, at 14353 E. 113th St., is headed for a sheriff’s sale March 6. JPMorgan Chase holds a $4.5 million judgment on the house, one of several homes once owned by Durham.

The 10,701-square-foot home was built in 1990 on the water. It has seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, five half-baths and four parking spaces.
