We now know the New England Patriot's quarterback Tom Brady is more than just the garden variety cheater. His actions after the DeflateGate game put him with the likes of Ryan Braun and Lance Armstrong. What great company.

2. An Ohio police officer is charged with murdering a man during a traffic stop.

University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing was arrested and charged with the murder of Sam DuBose today. Tensing pulled DuBose, who is black, over for driving without a front license plate. Body camera footage shows DuBose leaning toward the passenger's seat and being shot in the head by Tensing. Before the officer fired, he did not appear to be belligerent or aggressive.

“He purposefully killed him,” prosecutor Joe Deters said. This is the first time an officer in Cincinnati has been charged with murder in the line of duty.

3. The Colts' long snapper opens a tailgating venue.

The Colts' Matt Overton is opening a tailgating venue a block from Lucas Oil Stadium. If you want it, you better hurry. It's pretty exclusive. And it's not cheap.

4. These iconic kicks are getting a makeover.

Who hasn't owned a pair of Chuck Taylors over the years? The classic shoe has been unchanged since 1917, and as notorious for its lack of support as for its looks. But now they're getting a comfy overhaul.

5. A heavy-hitting Carmel stockbroker is disbarred.

Tom Buck, one of Indiana's top producing brokers, is alleged to have made trades without customer's knowledge. He was fired from Merrill Lynch in March.
