Voter registration deadline for Nov. 3 election is today

Today is the deadline to register to vote for November’s municipal election.

Registration at county voter registration offices ends at close of business today. The deadline to register online at www.indianavoters.com is midnight.

To register online, a resident must have a valid Indiana driver’s license or a state-issued identification card.

Voters can begin casting ballots ahead of the Nov. 3 election on Tuesday.

Early voting in Marion County will be held at the clerk’s office in room W122 of the City-County Building, 200 E. Washington St.

Voting will run 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays from Tuesday to Oct. 30 and from 8 a.m. to noon Nov. 2. Weekend voting will be held at the same location from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays from Oct. 10 to Oct. 31.
