Former president Bill Clinton is scheduled to speak Tuesday in Indianapolis at the annual conference of the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association.

He will likely discuss business and leadership challenges in his lunch keynote, said Jennifer Overhulse, who handles IASA's media relations.

The speech at the Indiana Convention Center is not open to the public. About 27,000 people have registered for the conference, Overhulse said.

Bill Clinton, husband of possible 2016 presidential candidate and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, also will take questions from the audience. "So anything is possible," Overhulse said, including questions relating to the insurance industry and Hillary Clinton's interest in health care reform.

Overhulse would not disclose how much Bill Clinton will be compensated for the paid appearance.

Bill Clinton, a Democrat, served two terms in the White House from 1993 to 2001. Health care reform was part of his campaign and one of his first legislative priorities, though he failed to get an overhaul pushed through during his presidency.
