Sasha Chiciana and Christopher Robinson turned themselves in to authorities on June 24, 2014, after they were erroneously released from the Marion County Jail, Indianapolis.

The Marion County Sheriff's Office announced Tuesday that two additional jail inmates were erroneously released, days after two others had been recaptured after being discharged because of what the department said were problems related to a new computer system.

The most recently released inmates turned themselves in.

According to a news release from sheriff's office spokeswoman Katie Carlson, one inmate was mistakenly released Sunday and turned herself in Tuesday, and another inmate was released Monday and turned himself in Tuesday.

Carlson said no other inmates were being sought as of about 4 p.m. Tuesday.

Carlson blamed the improper release last week of the first two inmates on a new computer system being rolled out, but a state courts official said the new system contained all of the pertinent information and said the problem might be that data was not properly shared.

As to the most recent releases, Carlson said one was related to the software and the other to human error.

"We are continually working to identify these issues as they arise and address them immediately," Carlson said in a emailed statement.

Last week, Chester Irons, who faces charges of criminal confinement, domestic battery, battery, and resisting law enforcement, was taken into custody at about 6:30 p.m. Thursday by a warrant team. Ronald Johnson, who had been jailed on a charge of theft or receiving stolen property, was recaptured about 2 p.m. Friday.

It was unclear when the two men, both arrested June 7 in unrelated cases, were released, but jail officials figured out last week that the men were not in jail as they were supposed to be. Warrants were issued for their arrests.

After they were recaptured, Carlson on Friday said jail staff was double-checking everything in the computer systems with paper records "until we know this is resolved."

Sasha Chiclana, 26, was released by jail staff on Sunday and turned herself in today. She was then ordered released on her own recognizance by a judge, according to Carlson's statement, which also said an internal affairs investigation is underway concerning Chiclana's initial release.

Chiclana is charged with one count of promotion of human trafficking of a minor, a class B felony, and one count of promoting prostitution, a class C felony.

And on Monday, Christopher Robinson, scheduled to be released July 8, was unintentionally released early. He also turned himself in today, Carlson said.

Robinson has four pending cases against him: seven counts of criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor, two counts of resisting law enforcement, class A misdemeanors, and two counts of intimidation, a class D felony and a class A misdemeanor.
