Indiana State Police arrested an Indianapolis man who has been wanted in a 2015 hit-and-run crash that killed a bicyclist.

Andy Raul Orellana De Leon, 25, was arrested Tuesday after Master Trooper Troy Sunier stopped him for not wearing a seat belt on I-69 near 96th Street, according to a State Police news release.

After the stop, Sunier quickly learned that Orellana De Leon was wanted on a warrant in the Oct. 3, 2015, crash that killed 27-year-old Charles Jones, who was struck while riding a bicycle near East Michigan Street and North Euclid Avenue. Orellana De Leon was arrested without incident, police said.

Orellana De Leon, records show, was held Thursday in the Marion County Jail on charges of leaving the scene of a fatal accident, obstruction of justice and driving with a suspended license. Bond was set at $25,000.
