Another famous Hoosier took in the smash Broadway show "Hamilton." But this time there was less booing and speechifying and more donations to charity.

Jim Irsay, eccentric owner of the Indianapolis Colts, went to see the popular show chronicling the life of Alexander Hamilton. After the show, cast members came out on stage to raise money for charity by auctioning off various items. We'll let CNN's Jake Tapper, who was in attendance, take it from here:

Irsay confirmed the donation:

And Rory O'Malley, aka, King George, says the money went toward Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Josh Groban didn't seem too torn up about the fun at his expense.

"Hamilton" and Indiana recently made the news with Vice President-elect Mike Pence attended a performance, where he was booed by the audience and addressed by the cast from the stage.
